Prisoner privileges operate within the understanding that though a hostage will be starving of his / her freedom she or he will still be eligible for basic human being rights, and these rights must not be infringed upon. Prisoner rights are an important group of checks and balances to assist avoid illegal activity and regulate the actions of the corrections office in the legal justice system. Even though these individuals have committed a crime, he or she is still a person and remains protected for certain standard rights going to him or her beneath the United States Metabolic rate.
